Gentles doing business as “Pomeroy & Gentles”, and all lawyers or others of the law firm including without limitation all principals, partners, associates, legal assistants, agents and others of Pomeroy & Gentles, and their respective heirs, successors and assigns, as the case may be from time to time.
13. The substantive laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein govern the interpretation and effect of this agreement.
14. Pomeroy & Gentles may at any time revise (including any addition or deletion to or modification of) the Terms and Conditions by updating this posting.  You are bound by any such revisions and should periodically visit this page to review the current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound and your use of the Site is acceptance of the revisions.  You should cease using the Site if any revisions are not acceptable to you.  Pomeroy & Gentles may revise, suspend, discontinue or terminate any part or all of this Site at any time without notice and has the right, but no duty, to correct any errors or omissions in this Site at any time without notice.
